Detailed description of the works We have picked a kitchen from Ikea that we would like to have fitted. We would like some bespoke shelving made for the living room area. we also would like to have our electrical heater replaced, which will require a fire surround removed. The apartment is around 750 sq feet, we would like wood effect flooring put down. In the main bathroom, we would need the floor tiles replaced, and a new sink and cabinets fitted. We belive that we will need an electrician, plasterer, plumber, carpenter.
